If you want, you can also create physical groups or online groups, but first and foremost, practice your own controlled consumption in your everyday life. You don’t have to be perfect about it. Some consumption is necessary, but consume conservatively, wisely, and with the intention to make as much of an impact as you can. Become the change you want in this world.
